TESTIMONIALS

With the holiday season upon us I typically sit back for a moment and reflect on the events of this past year.  I have written to you before concerning the dedication and professionalism of your employees and it is appropriate that I repeat that communication today.

Looking back throughout this past year I continue to be impressed by all of your employees, but in particular, this year, Al Dion comes to mind.  Al consistently demonstrates a high level of professionalism and attention to detail that I have come to recognize as a Ryan Construction trait.  In assuming responsibility for the patient room project, Al has clearly worked hard to keep the project on schedule and he continues to work closely with myself, as well as nursing, to ensure all involved are kept up to date.  He is respectful of everyone he encounters during his day to day duties here at Faulkner Hospital.

Rich, thank you for your continued support, as well as your company and all of your employees.  It sure makes my life easier with such talented staff like Al working here at the hospital.

“Your team met every schedule and quality expectation.”

“On this, as on other Ryan jobs, the superintendents have been exemplary; even-tempered, creative and able to make problems go away, making the architect look good. Al had his eye on quality, problem solving and on avoiding extras to the owner. He was truly a key member of the project team. His attitude pulled the project together, and he built a great facility.”

“The spirit of collaboration and fairness that Ryan brought to the project made a difficult building and tight schedule into a pleasant construction experience. I look forward to future projects with Ryan Construction.”

Paul Farrell, Senior Associate

“You should know that I was enormously pleased by Kevin and Al’s work. They were hardworking, organized and totally dedicated to doing the best possible job for the owner and for the project. From the start they showed a keen interest in the integrity of the design, offering recommendations for modifications if cost or schedule could be enhanced, always, though, with a sensitivity to the overall spirit of the design and for the practical goals of the owner.”

“I also want to thank you, Richard, for your behind-the-scenes support for this project.  Some buildings are long in the coming and require a perseverance and faith to bring them to fruition. Ryan Construction, before, during and after construction was a steadfast partner in a project of which we can all be very proud.”

“Just a note to let you know what an outstanding job Kenny Alcorn and his crew did for us. I am the manager of the clinical laboratory and we are continuously putting out lab results 24 hours per day. Kenny is the most customer sensitive contractor I have ever worked with. In our environment, noise, dust or vibration can cause erroneous results. Kenny tried to minimize these factors and when he couldn’t, we would consistently be alerted so that we could protect the equipment. It is rare to find a dedicated person like Kenny who goes above and beyond the scope of his job on a daily basis. I felt it important to let you know this.”

“The Faulkner Hospital has enjoyed an excellent relationship with Ryan Construction for many years, and over a very diverse range of projects. In the past few years a member of your team has consistently stood out as the ultimate professional and in my opinion is a true asset to your company. This team member is Ken Alcorn.  Though I have not missed an opportunity to tell you in person during your visits to the hospital, I would like to take this opportunity to formally convey my thoughts and feelings to you.”

“How Ken manages the projects is truly amazing to me, and I only wish I had his skill and talent. He always finds a way to get the job done in the most efficient way possible for both Ryan Construction as well as the Faulkner Hospital. On top of that I usually add to his workload with “last minute” requests that he always manages to accomplish, and always with a smile.”

“I would like to share with you my tremendous experience of working with Ryan Construction and the on-site staff members. As the General Manager of Sodexho Campus Services at Bryant College, I am responsible for the Food Service. Over the summer of 2003, two of my dining rooms were under renovation. During this time it was imperative that we had the ability to serve the faculty and staff working at the college and continue our business of servicing the needs of a number of conferences.”

“In closing, I just wanted to reiterate how impressed I was with your great staff and how I look forward to working with Ryan Construction in the future.”

Shawn P. Monaghan
General Manager
Sodexho Campus Services

“This was a particularly demanding and technically difficult project. As a station on the verge of the newest digital television technology, we required a contractor with a strong and professional management team at every stage of this project. Your staff and crews worked diligently and conducted themselves in a professional manner allowing this rebuild to be completed on budget and on time.”

“As we continue to utilize your services, I want to acknowledge the excellent job your company has done at WLVI-TV and look forward to working with you again.”

Chief Engineer

“Despite overwhelming odds and a multitude of naysayers, SABIS International Charter School opened its doors on August 28, 2000 to approximately one thousand students, faculty and staff members.”

“With the date of this letter, we have completed our first week of academic year 2000-2001, a Herculean effort, and due, in large measure, to David Donato of Ryan Construction. I am compelled to write to you because I believe Mr. Donato’s stewardship of the SABIS project guaranteed a safe, secure opening for the City of Springfield’s most popular public charter school.”

Maretta H. Thomsen
Director
SABIS International Charter School

“This was the largest construction project in which I had been involved. Past projects led me to believe that it would be a challenging experience and I was preparing myself for the usual finger pointing and cover-ups. I figured I’d be spending much of my time ‘checking up on the contractor.’ However, I found Kenny to be extremely competent and detail oriented. I was impressed with his pursuit of quality and how well he kept us all informed. He handled the stress and somewhat unrealistic deadlines with ease and was able to make much happen in little time. It didn’t take long for me to feel reassured that the project was in good hands.”

Susan Langill
Director of Food and Nutrition

“I want to take this opportunity to thank you for all your hard work at Brookmeadow.  Despite many frustrating complications, your perseverance and commitment to deliver the best quality product made this job turn out great. You’re the “Get It Done” guy! – so valuable in a superintendent. Out of everyone, Betty has you and Dan to thank the most for her extraordinary new facility.”

“This is the first structure we have built from the ground up. We sought the input of many experienced people and enlisted the expertise to turn our plans into a place.” “Lorraine certainly was instrumental in keeping all of us on track; she had a special way of “handling” matters in an efficient and pleasant manner.”

“Through you we would like to express our thanks to both Chris and Lorraine for helping to create an idea on paper to become a reality for ‘going the extra mile’ for Hospice & Palliative Care of Cape Cod, Inc.”

Marilyn Hannus, CEO
Hospice & Palliative Care of Cape Cod

“I would like to take this opportunity to express my appreciation for Ryan Construction’s involvement in Trammell Crow’s project. From the first meetings at Trammell Crow Company’s offices in Boston with the client, the entire project team displayed integrity and professionalism in the coordination of a challenging project schedule and scope. In fact, Ryan Construction not only accepted this challenge, but also successfully completed the project on schedule, making the extra effort when required to rally subcontractors and vendors.”

“I look forward to a continued relationship with the entire Ryan Construction team.”
